Today we installed a defib at the Route A619 Diner at Whitwell.

 

This is a great location for a defib as it’s on the edge of a large tract of woodland which is well used by the public.

 

The large number of footpaths of varying types and surfaces that meander through the woods make it harder and more time consuming to get aid to anyone who needs it it, so having a defib nearby really could make a massive difference if it should be needed.
